As of July 2020, Instagram has made it a requirement for Node to use Facebook for user authentication. To be honest, we're not fans of this either.

Fortunately, we don't capture any personal information or data from your Facebook account. You can literally use any Facebook account as long as it's linked to your Instagram page in your profile settings.

You'll need a Facebook account to join our platform as it's a requirement from Instagram. However, you can create a blank/ghost Facebook account for the login as long as it's linked to your Instagram profile.

Connect your Facebook and Instagram page using these instructions. When you're logging into Node, be sure to select the same Facebook and Instagram page that you've linked together. Also, allow permissions in the last step when you're registering for Node. 

Simply download our app from the iOS store (Node - Influencers) and sign into your Instagram. We’ll get back to you within 24-72 hours to verify your account.

This occurs if there was an issue with connecting your Facebook/Instagram acccount to Node. To reset your login, open the Safari app and visit Facebook.com to log-out of Facebook. This will reset your login on the Node App.

We do not capture any personal data, outside of analytics and engagement metrics from your Instagram insights page. This information is solely used for verifying influencers and protecting our community from fake followers/bots. 

Furthermore, your Facebook account will be not be used in any way, with the exception of authenticating your identity when you join the app. 

We're experiencing a large volume of new influencer sign-ups and there may be some delay with verifying your account. Please check your email for updates on the status of your verification. Be sure to check your spam inbox just in case as well.

Although the number of followers are important, we also take careful consideration into engagement analytics and quality of content.

Your home screen will show a list of nodes that you’re eligible to claim. If you’re interested in joining a campaign, you can claim the node. Claiming a node essentially “reserves” your spot to participate in the campaign, as many nodes often have limited availability.

For restaurant nodes, simply open the activation page and swipe the one-time use voucher in front of the staff when you go to redeem the offer — this indicates that you have visited the venue for the campaign. From there, enjoy your free food!

For shipped nodes, you'll be prompted to enter your shipping address after claiming your first shipped node. The brand will ship out products to you within 1-3 business days. Every time you claim another shipped node from a brand, your address will automatically be forwarded to the brand.
